Electrovese Solutions Pvt Ltd makes every effort to refer refund requests to you, the seller, but reserves the right to issue a refund if necessary.

Electrovese Solutions follows different refund policy for its different services. You can refer to individual service agreements for more details on the refund policy.
Electrovese Solutions does notn guarantee any refund for the cancellation of its service. Electrovese Solutions will act on the agreement signed upon by the client
and Electrovese Solutions. Electrovese Solutions does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous
charges which are non recoverable for Electrovese Solutions and refunding them causes any loss to Electrovese Solutions.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you can raise a request for refund by writing to us at [email protected]. Approved refunds shall be credited after
7-10 working days.

INDEMNIT:- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Electrovese Solutions, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers,directors, employees, agents, licencors, consultants,
suppliers, and any third-party Web site providers harmless from and against all demands, claims, liabilities, actions, expenses, losses, costs and damages
including actual attorneys’ fees, resulting from your violation of the material terms of these Terms of Use, any misuse or abuse of a Service,any use of the Service
that amounts to infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of Electrovese Solutions Help or any other
third party
